Learning from Promising Programs and Practices
Finding what works in program design, delivery, and monitoring should be on the agenda of every community- and faith-based initiative. In this portion of the Toolkit, users will find Web resources to help them learn about programs and practices that are proven effective or promising in nature. Additionally, individual and State-level programs and studies have been included as bonus models and resources.
